2010.09.15 | Stolen Car
Alan Devane, 42, of the 1600 block of Farragut Ave, Bristol, PA was arrested for stealing a vehicle from the WaWa parking lot in the 500 block of Horsham Road. On 9-6-10 at 1PM the car owner parked his car, 1999 Infiniti SUV in the parking lot of the WaWa and went inside to use the MAC machine. When the car owner went outside to leave he observed his car being driven away. On 9-7-10 at 4:20AM an officer on patrol located the vehicle parked in the area of Maple Ave and Woodland Road in Horsham. A person was located walking in the area of the vehicle was stopped. This person, later identified as Devane, was found to be in possession of the keys for the stolen vehicle. Devane was transported to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility after failing to post bail.
