Dale Christoffersen, 57, of the 300 block of E 2nd Street, Lansdale, PA was cited for Public Drunkenness. He was observed staggering while trying to walk north on Limekiln Pike in the area of Williamson Road. He had an odor of alcohol on his breath, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.
