Peter Donnelly, 33, of the 1300 block of Wells Street, Conshohocken was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after the vehicle he was driving was observed being driven erratically on Horsham Road near Norristown Road. Donnelly was taken to a County Fast Track Facility where his blood alcohol content was tested at .23%.
