ChATs Residential Services
The Residential Services Program consists of 400 members in over 35 neighborhoods. Each neighborhood has 1 or more coordinators who hold periodic neighborhood meetings with members to share information with each other and a Horsham police representative. Police partners also convey any relevant information regarding criminal activity in the area.
